Why aren’t my new Zendesk forms showing in Thena?

The forms are not appearing in Thena because they need to be resynced. To resync the forms, follow these steps:

1. Launch Thena's Web UI and select Integrations from the left menu.

2. Click Configure on the Zendesk card.

3. Go to Setup and click on the Username to expand the fields.

4. Select Edit Helpdesk and then click Resync.

This should update the forms in Thena.
