To enable Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys for Thena requests, follow these steps:
In the Thena web app, navigate to Settings > CSAT
Under CSAT management, enable CSAT for Thena requests
Choose rating scale:
2-Point Scale: Thumbs up (👍) for satisfaction or thumbs down (👎) for dissatisfaction.
5-Point Scale: Rate on a scale from 1 to 5 using emojis.
This can also be set at an account level.
