You might be unable to add Thena to a Slack channel due to the following reasons:
Permission Issues: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to both post and invite apps to the channel. This issue might occur if your customer created the channel and added you to it, granting only post permissions. Please ask them to update the permissions by following the steps outlined here to include both post and invite.
White-labeled bot name: If Thena has been white-labeled, make sure to invite the bot using its custom name.
Bot already added: Thena might already be added to the channel by your customer. In this case, you can either create a new channel with your customer or, if you or your team created the Slack channel, ask your customer to remove their Thena bot so you can add yours.
