How do I add Thena to a Slack Connect channel via Web UI?

Follow the steps below to add Thena to a public Slack Connect channel:

  1. Launch Thena’s web UI.

  2. Go to Setup from the left navigation bar and select Slack.

  3. Search for the desired channel.

  4. Check the channel and click Add Thena.

Note: The above steps will only work for Slack public channels intended as customer channels, not for internal helpdesk channels.
