How can I change a user’s role?

If you’d like to change your colleague’s role in Thena, follow these steps:

1. Open the Admin page from the left navigation bar.

2. Select Manage Users.

3. Search for the colleague whose role you want to update.

4. Click the drop-down menu under the Role column next to their name.

5. Select the new role you’d like to assign to them.

6. Click Confirm to save the changes.

The updated role will take effect immediately.
