How can I manage customer portal access permissions?

To manage your customer’s portal access permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Admin page from the left navigation bar and select Customer Portal.

  2. Locate the customer whose permissions you want to update and click Manage.

  3. Update their role to reflect the desired permissions.

Once updated, the new permissions will take effect immediately.
