How can I use the ticket emoji to create a request in Thena?

You can find the feature ‘Create request using 🎫 emoji reaction’ on the Settings page. However, please note that this feature is only available in workspaces where there is no integration set up with Zendesk or Salesforce cases.

Additionally, for this feature to work, you’ll need to disable the Automatic Request Detection setting.

This feature is available at both the global and account levels.
