How can I use the ticket emoji to create a request in Thena?

You can find the feature ‘Create request using 🎫 emoji reaction’ on the Settings page under Request management. However, please note that this feature is only available in workspaces where there is no integration set up with Zendesk or Salesforce cases.

This feature is available at both the global and account levels.
