How to create a custom status?

Follow these steps to add a custom status

  1. Launch the Requests page.

  2. Click on the Statuses button located at the top-right corner of the screen and click on the + Add new button.

  3. Select a parent status from one of the following - Open, In progress, On hold, and Closed.

  4. Add the name and description.

  5. Set as Default (Optional): If you want this new status to be the default for its parent category, select the Make default status option.

  6. Hit Save.
