Does OpenAI retain user input or generated responses?

• OpenAI’s policies state that data submitted via their API is not used to train or improve models unless customers explicitly opt in. By default, your data is not retained for training purposes.

Can you provide evidence that OpenAI will not train on our data (opt-out configured)?
