To create a new workflow in your Thena workspace, please follow these steps:
Launch Workflows from the left navigation bar under Configuration.
Click on Create Workflow.
Give your workflow a name.
Add Triggers to define what initiates the workflow.
(Optional) Add Conditions if needed, or skip this step if itβs not required for your use case.
Choose Customer Support Requests, Internal Helpdesk, or Both.
Add the necessary Actions for your workflow.
Click Save to finalize your workflow.
