How can I deactivate a user?

To deactivate a user from your Thena workspace, follow these steps:

1. Open the Admin page from the left navigation bar.

2. Select Manage Users.

3. Find the user you want to deactivate.

4. Click the deactivate icon (a user silhouette with a minus sign) located on the right-hand side of the user’s row.

5. Click Confirm to finalize the action.

Once confirmed, the user will be deactivated and will no longer have access to the workspace.
