Does Slack syncing stop when a Salesforce case is closed?

By default, syncing stops once a case is closed, but we can configure it to re-open the case when your customer responds within the same thread.

If you’d like this enabled, please contact Support and share the Salesforce case status you’d like to set as the default for re-opened cases.
