How can I export request data for a specific customer?

You can export request data for a specific customer by following these steps:

  1. Go to the ‘Requests’ tab under ‘Customer Support’.

  2. Select your desired date range and add a customer filter to get data only for the specific customer.

  3. Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the screen (refer to the attached screenshot if needed).

  4. Choose CSV or JSON as the file format from the drop-down next to Filtered requests in view.

  5. Click Download.

The exported data will be sent to your email.
